Association dues are due January 1st. The invoice is mailed to homeowners in December of the previous year.
Dues not paid by January 31st each year accrue interest at 18% APR. Delinquent homeowners will continue to receive a monthly statement until paid in full, unless the account is turned over to the attorneys for collection. Accounts in arrears are subject to a lien, being reported to the credit bureaus, and possible foreclosure.
Association dues shall be paid in the month of January annually. In the event of an unfortunate circumstance, please contact management. The board is willing to work with a homeowner, within reason.
Paying association dues is not optional. Failure to pay association dues will ultimately result in the account being turned over to an attorney for collection. This is costly and most of the time can be avoided with a little communication on a homeowners part.
