RiverWoods at St Johns Landing is a dynamic community of 254 homes located 3 blocks south of the St. Johns River and 6 miles west of the Naval Station Mayport and Atlantic Ocean.

A sacred Timucuan Indian Burial Mound is located within the community on Beacon Drive North. More interesting facts can be found at the Indian Burial Mound page. As this site is protected by Federal and State laws/regulations/statutes, please exhibit care when visiting. Please don't disturb the site.
The homeowners association is dedicated to maintaining low annual assessment fees, harmony, aesthetic appeal, and property values.
RiverWoods is a Deed Restricted Community. Covenants and Restrictions are strictly enforced.
